Every sigil opens its own vault.
Draw a pattern on the pad. Draw a different one, then the first one again. Each sigil leads to its own vault, and the only way in is to know the pattern.
As many vaults as you need
Personal, work, a decoy for when someone insists. One sigil each.
Nothing to find
No vault list, no “wrong password” screen. Nothing on the phone says which pattern opens what.
Slow to guess, by design
Every attempt costs around 0.7 seconds of work on the phone, so trying patterns one by one gets nowhere fast.
Try it
Drag across the dots, or use the arrow keys to move, Space to connect a dot and Enter to finish.
Draw any pattern, at least six dots.
- Your vaults appear here
A demo: nothing you draw leaves this page. The app derives real keys with a secret that never leaves your phone.
Features
Everything a vault should be. Nothing it shouldn’t.
Built for the moment someone asks to see your phone. Every feature is free during your trial, on iPhone and Android.
Decoy vaults
Every sigil opens its own vault. Keep a harmless decoy for the moment someone insists.
Learn moreDuress mode
A duress sigil opens a believable vault and quietly removes every other pattern from the phone.
Learn more12-word recovery phrase
Every vault gets its own 12-word phrase that reopens it if you forget your sigil or change phones.
Learn moreIntruder log
See every time someone tried a pattern that isn’t yours: a banner in your vault, and a full log in Settings.
Learn moreHidden trail
Draw with no dots or lines on screen, so nobody looking over your shoulder can learn your sigil.
Learn moreSecure camera
Take photos and videos straight into your vault. They never touch your camera roll.
Learn moreEncrypted notes
Keep codes, details and private thoughts in your vault, sealed with the same encryption as your photos.
Learn morePrivacy shield
A seal in the app switcher, blocked screenshots and recordings, and a vault that locks when you leave.
Learn moreWhat we left out
Privacy is mostly about what an app doesn’t do.
Plenty of apps that guard your photos still ask for an email, show ads, or report what you do. Sigilock has none of that. No server holds your files and there’s no “forgot password” link, because the only key is the sigil you draw.

- No Trackers.
- No Backdoors.
- Just your sigil.
Security
Sealed on your phone. Opened only by you.
No account and no copy on our servers. Your vault is encrypted on the device, with keys that only your sigil or your recovery phrase can reach.

You can try every feature free for 7 days with the annual plan (€22.99 a year, about €0.44 a week). There is also a weekly plan at €1.99 and a one-time lifetime unlock at €49. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play settings.
Can Sigilock see my photos?
No. Everything is encrypted on your phone with AES-256-GCM, and there is no account and no server that holds your files. We never receive your photos, your patterns or your recovery phrases.
What happens if I forget my sigil?
Open the vault with its 12-word recovery phrase, then draw a new sigil. Sigilock shows you the phrase when you create a vault; write it down and keep it somewhere safe.
What if I lose my recovery phrase too?
Then nobody can open that vault, including us. There is no master key and no "forgot password" link. That is what keeps your vault private, so keep your phrase safe.
How do decoy vaults work?
Every sigil opens its own vault. Draw one pattern for your real vault and another for a decoy filled with harmless photos. Nothing in the app lists your vaults, so nobody can tell how many you have.
What is duress mode?
A duress sigil opens a vault that looks normal, and at the same time removes every other pattern from the phone. Your real vaults stay encrypted and can only be reopened later with their recovery phrases.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Sigilock runs on iPhone and on Android phones, with the same features on both.
What happens when I change phones?
Your vault lives on your phone. When you move to a new iPhone with an iCloud or Quick Start backup, the encrypted vault comes along; open it with your recovery phrase and draw a new sigil. Encrypted backup to your own iCloud or Google Drive is on the way.
Does Sigilock remove photos from my camera roll?
Only if you ask it to: turn on Remove originals after import in Settings, and Sigilock asks to delete the originals once they are safely encrypted. Photos and videos you take with the Sigilock camera never reach your camera roll at all.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open Sigilock, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
